General Manager – Engineering Head
Qualification : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Production) or Food/Feed Technology is typically required, possibly combined with extensive experience in the field.
Experience: 8-15 years of experience in production or plant management, preferably within the animal feed, poultry feed, or Feed Mill Efficiency Product Business.
Strong knowledge of the feed milling process flow and equipment operation/maintenance.
Familiarity with feed formulation and animal nutrition.
Proficiency in data analysis, ERP/SAP production systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Age : up to 40 years
