Skills Required: Strong leadership and people management skills Knowledge of diamond polishing processes/diamond industry Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills Familiar with production related software and reports Good communication and team management skills
Qualifications/Prior Experience: Graduate (preferred: Gemmologist / GII / Diploma in Diamond Manufacturing / B.E. / B.Sc.) 12+ years (minimum 5 years in a senior/leadership role in diamond polishing industry)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
