Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager CRM - Real Estate, located in New Delhi. The General Manager CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

• On Boarding Documentation for buyers such as Builder Buyer agreement
• Receivables from Buyers after coordinating with the construction team on time lines
• Providing specific Instructions and needs of buyers to the construction team
• Preparing documents for registering the property
• Filing all documents in hard files and digital files.
• Experience in using and managing CRM systems, client communications, and customer relationship management.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputed developer

Worked with the top 20 developers of India.
