Role & responsibilities : Experience of directly leading project groups for implementation from concept to commissioning of projects of not less than Rs. 500 Crores. Leading Planning & Project Multidisciplinary teams 4. Experience in strategic planning technology, evaluations, feasibility studies & project execution using advanced tools like MS Projects, Primavera etc. Responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of industrial projects, including greenfield and brownfield expansions, plant upgrades, and process improvements . Project Planning & Execution • Lead the development of project strategies, feasibility studies, and execution roadmaps. • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates. Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, including detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project completion. Implement best practices in project management methodologies . Ensure optimal selection and design of equipment, processes, and utilities in compliance with industry best practice Work closely with R&D and process engineering teams to implement new technologies and process improvements. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, EPC contractors, consultants, and technology partners . Ensure all projects comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including environmental and safety standards (PESO, CPCB, GPCB, OSHAS Factories Act, etc.). Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and HAZOP studies to eliminate potential hazards. Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Management . Act as the key point of contact between senior management, investors, government agencies, and industry bodies. Preferred candidate profile : B.E / B.Tech (Chemical) from reputed university. Preference maybe given to candidates possessing certificate in Project Management Course and additional qualification in MBA Strong expertise in chemical plant design, process engineering, and industrial project execution. • Deep knowledge of project execution models • Proficiency in cost control, contract negotiation, and supply chain management. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PESO, CPCB, GPCB, Factories Act, OSHAS) Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
