General Manager - Content Operations

Seekho is a fast-growing learning content platform that empowers learners with high-quality, engaging, and impactful educational content. We collaborate with top creators to deliver insightful learning experiences and make knowledge accessible to all.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager Content to lead our content vertical end-to-end across multiple languages. This role involves overseeing content maintenance, driving creator onboarding, strengthening creator engagement, and ensuring scalable retention strategies. You will be responsible for shaping content quality and processes that directly impact learner experience and long-term platform growth.

Leadership & Strategy

• Own and drive the overall content strategy across languages to align with platform vision and business goals
• Balance between content maintenance (quality, relevance, consistency) and expansion (onboarding new creators, scaling categories)
• Align content roadmap with company objectives around growth, engagement, and user satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration with product, growth, and business teams for seamless execution

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team across content maintenance, New category expansion and creator partnerships.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence
• Drive adoption of scalable systems and tools to optimize efficiency

Content Operations

• Ensure timely publishing, quality control, and consistency across all content
• Oversee onboarding and training of new creators to align with brand voice, platform standards, and audience needs
• Build strong creator engagement programs to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction
• Experiment with new formats, topics, and creator collaborations to drive engagement

Analytics & Insights

• Track and analyse content performance metrics across categories and languages.
• Use insights to guide content improvements, creator engagement, and audience growth.
  

• 6 7 years of experience in content management, preferably in edtech, online learning, or digital content platforms
• Strong experience in handling multi-language content operations
• Proven ability to lead and scale creator/partner ecosystems
• Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance structure with agility
