General Manager – Banking Alliances & Empanelment

Who We’re Looking For:

A retired DGM/GM-level officer from SBI, BOB, PNB, Indian Bank, or any PSU bank, who understands how empanelment, legal recovery, and loan/Funding work internally — and is now ready to lead those functions externally.

Role Highlights:

• Lead PAN India empanelment for legal, recovery, enforcement, and auction services
• Establish direct working relationships with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and PSUs
• Drive funding partnerships for Startups, MSMEs, Students, and Entrepreneurs
• Represent multiple companies within RS Business Group in formal engagements
• Attend and lead presentations, audits, and partnership discussions at institutional level

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Retired DGM/GM rank from a government or PSU Bank
• Deep understanding of banking empanelment, SARFAESI, and recovery norms
• Strong contacts in bank headquarters and zonal offices
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate/stay for full-time work
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Take-Home Salary: Up to ₹2,50,000 per month
• TA/DA for official travel
• Performance-linked incentive on strategic tie-ups
