Regional Sales Manager (Banking Relationship)

About the Role:

We're seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, professionally groomed MBA graduate (female preferred) with strong communication and follow-up skills. The candidate must have a natural ability to influence officers (AO/RBO level) and senior banking officials and manage documentation, coordination, and regular meetings with PSU Banks, NBFCs & Govt. institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with AOs, RBOs, and Zonal Heads
• Prepare and submit empanelment documents, follow up on file status
• Attend meetings at bank branches/zonal offices (with or without Director)
• Maintain complete records of liaisoning done – officials met, outcomes, tasks
• Follow up with internal legal, recovery, and documentation teams
• Represent our Group professionally at institutional meetings

Eligibility:

• Female candidates preferred (Groomed, Energetic, Smart Communicator)
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, HR, or General Management
• Prior liaisoning or front desk experience in financial/legal sector preferred
• Willing to travel for meetings (within city/state)
• Hindi/English fluency and confident personality essential

Perks & Compensation:

• Fixed CTC: ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 (based on performance & exposure)
• TA/DA for all official meetings
• Quarterly Bonus based on successful file approvals or empanelments
