Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Governance

  • Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for Atluri Holdings and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and shareholder expectations.
  • Monitor performance of subsidiaries, track KPIs, and drive accountability through quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting.
  • Establish governance frameworks, risk management processes, and compliance systems that safeguard the groups reputation and sustainability.
  • Act as a thought leader, identifying new business opportunities, investment avenues, and innovative revenue models.

2. Finance & P&L Oversight

  • Drive consolidated financial planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term capital plans for the group.
  • Ensure timely and accurate revenue and profit-share reporting from subsidiaries, providing insights into growth and risk.
  • Optimize cost structures across business units through central negotiation, shared services, and economies of scale.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding, manage relationships, and support expansion projects.

3. Marketing & Business Development

  • Build and sustain a unified brand identity for Atluri Holdings, positioning it as a credible and aspirational corporate entity.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, investor communication, and PR strategies at the group level while guiding subsidiaries on branding and customer engagement.
  • Develop strategic alliances with external partners, government bodies, and industry associations to support growth initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in identifying and exploring new markets or ventures that align with group strengths.

4. Human Resources & Culture

  • Establish HR policies, organizational structures, and talent strategies to ensure a robust leadership pipeline across subsidiaries.
  • Mentor senior leaders and functional heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Oversee group-wide performance appraisal frameworks, incentive structures, and succession planning.
  • Champion organizational culture by promoting core values, employee engagement, and a shared vision.

5. IT & Digital Transformation

  • Drive technology adoption across subsidiaries, ensuring systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and e-commerce platforms are integrated effectively.
  • Oversee group-level digital transformation initiatives, including data analytics, automation, and AI-led efficiencies.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, data governance, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, recommending adoption where they offer a competitive advantage.

6. Legal & Compliance

  • Oversee all group-level contracts, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and subsidiary MOUs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate governance norms, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, RERA requirements, and labor laws.
  • Proactively manage disputes, negotiations, and regulatory obligations with the support of external legal counsel.
  • Act as custodian of group reputation by maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.
