Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise HVAC projects from conception to completion. Manage a team of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). 4–10 years of HVAC industry experience (installation, maintenance, project management). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and ventilation. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software (a plus).
