Role & responsibilities Accountant *Recording day-to-day financial transactions *Preparing e-invoice and purchase orders (POs). *Processing payments to suppliers and vendors.( Accounts payable) *Following up with customers for pending payments (Accounts receivable) *Performing bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation. (BRS and VRS). *Maintaining records like journal entry, General Ledger, Trail Balance and Petty cash. *Preparing financial statements (Income statement, Balance sheet and cash flow statement) * Ensuring GST compliance and TDS filing. * Payroll management (ESIC, EPFO and PT)
Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, facility managers, and homeowners. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and cost-benefit analyses for potential clients. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring profitability. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new HVAC technologies. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure repeat business. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand market reach. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience (equipment, systems, or services). Strong knowledge of HVAC products, including split systems, ducted systems, VRF, chillers, etc. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to read technical drawings and understand HVAC load calculations is a plus. Self-driven with a results-oriented approach. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). 4–10 years of HVAC industry experience (installation, maintenance, project management). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and ventilation. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software (a plus).
