General Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
• Collaborate on employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Provide support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Learn and implement best HR practices while working closely with experienced professionals.
• Manage and help in team building
• Team management
• Collaboration with different institutions
• HR Admin related activities
• Task management related activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Eagerness to Learn
• Availability to dedicate 6 hours daily for internship tasks.
• Applicants must have their own laptop and a stable internet connection.
