Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the accounting team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your primary responsibility will be to support the team in achieving departmental objectives. You will assist in conducting portfolio level reviews, completing monthly financial results, and contributing to quality assurance reviews on financial working papers. Your role will involve reviewing and monitoring team outputs, generating management reports, overseeing lease setup, and completing accounting allocations for property results. Key Responsibilities: - Support the accounting team in achieving departmental objectives - Assist in portfolio level review and monthly financial results completion - Contribute to quarterly quality assurance reviews on financial working papers - Review team outputs including cash flows, financial statements, and reporting - Monitor lease, revenue, and property accounting roles for accurate monthly financials - Generate internal management reporting and review co-owner reporting - Oversee lease setup and create recovery models for newly acquired properties - Complete monthly accounting allocations of property results for co-ownerships - Assist in the review of annual year-end audit working papers and property CAM statements - Prepare quarterly property financial forecasts and annual budget - Follow-up to ensure timely processing of interim and year-end final billings to tenants - Assist in portfolio reporting review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information - Assist in the preparation of portfolio level review and reporting to management, co-owners, and auditors - Assist in the preparation of annual audit requirements and completion of year-end files and CAM Statements - Responsible for the completion of quarterly reforecast and annual financial budgets - Ensure compliance with Internal Control Policies and Procedures - Identify gaps in existing policies and procedures and escalate as appropriate Qualifications: - Accounting Graduate / Post Graduate with 5 to 8 years of domain experience - CA, CPA, CMA Intermediate / Qualified are preferred - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to work with all levels of Management - Strong planning, organization, and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to work effectively with others and develop cooperative working relationships - Ability to lead and direct others in a team environment - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Word and Outlook - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude,
