Role Summary

General Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Perform
month-end journal entries, straight-line and accrual entries
, and other deliverables as per SLA timelines.
Prepare, review, and ensure
high-quality balance sheet reconciliations
in accordance with SOPs.
Ensure
timely and accurate completion
of accounting close activities.
Maintain
process discipline
by meeting SLAs and compliance standards at all times.
Identify and implement
process enhancements and automation
opportunities to drive efficiencies.
Work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, and Audit teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Maintain
100% adherence to internal controls and compliance guidelines
.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors / Master’s degree in
Commerce
OR
CA Inter
qualification.
1–5 years
of hands-on experience in
General Accounting
and
balance sheet reconciliations
.
Strong conceptual understanding of
accounting principles and finance processes
.
Proficient in
MS Excel
and experienced in working with
ERP applications
(SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and meet deadlines.
