Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GenAI Trainer located in Thane. The GenAI Trainer will conduct interactive training sessions to educate individuals and teams on generative AI technologies and tools. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive training materials, customizing training plans based on learner needs, and staying updated on advancements in the field of AI. The trainer will also ensure that participants gain practical knowledge through hands-on exercises and real-world applications.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Generative AI tools, Machine Learning principles, and advanced AI frameworks
  • Strong technical understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering instructional content, training programs, and workshops
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Python programming, AI model development, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to assess skill levels and tailor training to meet diverse learning needs
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in training or teaching roles with a focus on AI solutions is a plus
