GenAI Specialist

As a talented developer specialist at Amdocs amAIz, a pioneering telco generative AI framework, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Be accountable for and own specific modules within an application, providing technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, and resolving critical or complex issues while ensuring maintainable, scalable, and supportable code. - Present demos of the software products to partners and internal/external customers, utilizing technical knowledge to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution. - Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, providing fixes, analyzing bugs, and offering workarounds. You will review changes for operability, maintain existing software solutions, highlight risks, and help mitigate technical risks. - Bring continuous improvements and efficiencies to software or business processes by leveraging software engineering tools, innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. Through automation, you will reduce design complexity, time to response, and simplify the client/end-user experience. - Represent or lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team, such as leading technical design reviews, and establish relationships with internal customers and partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in science/IT/Computing or equivalent. - 5+ years" experience as a software engineer/developer. - Proficient in Python and experience in various LLM and GenAI libraries (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph). - Proficient with container management tools like Kubernetes, Docker & CI/CD pipeline practices. - Experience in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile or Scrum).
