Brainspack LLP is Hiring – GenAI Engineer (Contract | Mohali)

Experience: 3–5 years (min. 2 years in GenAI)
Location: Mohali

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a GenAI Engineer skilled in building real-world AI applications using LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and high-quality RAG systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop GenAI features using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Build multi-agent workflows (LangGraph / CrewAI)
• Improve RAG pipelines: chunking, retrieval, scoring, context mgmt
• Implement agent communication & reasoning chains
• Use models dynamically for accuracy, speed & cost
• Backend/API development using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
• Light ML tasks: classification, clustering, embeddings
• Set up deployment pipelines (Docker, serverless, vector DBs)
• Manage versioning & scaling for AI workflows

Required Skills:

• Strong LLM, embeddings & vector DB experience (Pinecone/Qdrant/Chroma)
• Must have LangChain & LangGraph experience
• Solid Python skills & RAG optimization knowledge

Nice to Have:

• LoRA/fine-tuning
• Experience with RAGAS / DeepEval
