Role Overview

As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be a foundational member of our Gen AI practice, working on the latest technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Systems, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI applications that push the boundaries of what's possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.

• Build APIs using FastAPI to serve AI/ML models in scalable environments.

• Collaborate on building secure and robust MLOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and other cloud-native tools.

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks and applications.

• Integrate AI models into enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

• Engage in rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development with cutting-edge Gen AI tools.

• Contribute to model evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Document technical decisions, architectures, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on exposure to LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-based model deployment.

• Familiarity with transformer architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable AI pipelines.

• Solid understanding of software engineering practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
