Gen AI Engineer

We are hiring two GenAI Engineers to join our cutting-edge AI development team working on the AI project. You'll be at the forefront of implementing advanced AI solutions including semantic search, document processing, agentic analytics, and predictive modeling for the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities AI Model Development: Implement and fine-tune large language models for domain-specific applications RAG System Development: Build sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems for document processing and search Prompt Engineering: Design, optimize, and test prompts using DSPy framework for consistent AI performance Knowledge Graph Integration: Develop systems that leverage knowledge graphs for enhanced AI reasoning Agentic System Development: Build multi-step AI agents using LangGraph for complex workflow automation Model Optimization: Optimize AI model performance for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency Integration Development: Integrate AI models with existing systems and data pipelines Evaluation & Testing: Implement comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks for AI systems Required Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field preferred 7+ Overall Industry experience 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment Strong background in natural language processing and large language models Experience with production AI system deployment Proven experience with prompt engineering and model optimization Understanding of vector databases and semantic search systems Technology Skills AI/ML: OpenAI GPT models, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face transformers Frameworks: DSPy, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex Programming: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS Embeddings: Text embeddings, multimodal embeddings, fine-tuning Cloud: Azure AI services, model deployment, scaling Evaluation: Model evaluation metrics, A/B testing, performance monitoring
