As a GenAI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing GenAI models for various applications, such as chatbots and customer support. Additionally, you will design and develop backend services using Python or .NET to support OpenAI-powered solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Staying updated with the latest advancements in OpenAI and Azure services will be essential to bring innovation to the solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize GenAI models for applications like chatbots and customer support. - Design and develop backend services using Python or .NET for OpenAI-powered solutions. - Utilize custom datasets and techniques like chunking and embeddings to train and fine-tune models. - Integrate Azure cognitive services to enhance AI solutions. - Regularly review and fine-tune OpenAI models for maximum accuracy and relevance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of AI solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in OpenAI and Azure services. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in Python or .NET for backend development. - Experience with OpenAI GPT models and their applications. - Familiarity with Azure cognitive services. - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. - Good knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver on tight deadlines. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
