Job Description

Manages overall team performance to ensure SLA targets are met

Solid understanding of

machine learning fundamentals

, including NLP, deep learning, and model evaluation.

Hands-on experience with

generative AI models

(LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) and techniques like

prompt engineering

and

fine-tuning

Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of

data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline development

Ability to work collaboratively across product, engineering, and data teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Model Development & Fine-Tuning
Build, adapt, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) for business use cases.
Experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques.

Solution Design & Integration

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to embed AI capabilities into existing workflows and platforms.

Design scalable APIs and pipelines for deploying generative AI solutions.

Data Preparation & Management

Curate, preprocess, and manage datasets for training and evaluation.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Performance & Reliability

Monitor model accuracy, efficiency, and latency.

Implement evaluation frameworks and continuously improve system performance.

Responsible AI & Compliance

Apply ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and safety guardrails.

Ensure solutions align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Innovation & Research

Stay updated on emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Prototype new approaches and share insights with internal teams.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption.

Mentor colleagues and contribute to building internal AI expertise.
