Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1-2 years focused on AI or GenAI technologies.
Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable software solutions.
Core Technologies
: Proficiency in Generative AI, Python, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and embedding models.
Software Engineering
: Experience in software development with technologies like .NET, Java, React, or Angular.
Cloud Platforms
: Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Problem-Solving
: Strong analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.
Team Collaboration
: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Design, develop, and test GenAI-based applications using Python, LangChain, and embedding models.
Implement and optimize prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI model performance.
Collaborate with the team to integrate GenAI tools into existing software development workflows.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards.
Support debugging, performance tuning, and deployment of GenAI solutions in cloud environments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and contribute to continuous improvement.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
Exposure to Agile development processes.

Certifications in Python, AI/ML, or cloud technologies

Mandatory Skills: Generative AI Copilot .
