Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with relevant experience in the design and development of various applications using cloud-native digital technologies in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 8 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop GenAI-powered solutions for property and casualty insurance applications.
Optimize LLM model performance through hyperparameter tuning and architecture refinement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Azure Document Intelligence ADI Azure Service Bus Retrieval Augmented generation RAG.
Implement AgileScrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements

Good understanding of the Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
Expertise in designing and building GenAI-powered solutions.
Proficiency in AgileScrum methodologies.
Experience with Performance Optimization techniques, including hyperparameter tuning and architecture refinement.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with cloud-native digital technologies and their applications in the insurance industry.
