About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Consultant for a short-term contract (2–3 months) with the potential for a permanent position based on performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in GenAI technologies and help design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for applying generative AI models
• Design, fine-tune, and implement GenAI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools, chatbots, or copilots tailored to use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and domain experts
• Ensure responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, explainability, and security
• Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1+ year working in Generative AI projects
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, etc.
• Experience deploying models into production (cloud or on-prem)
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Knowledge of AI governance and compliance best practices
• Past consulting or freelance experience
