Gen AI Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Architect to lead the strategic design and technical implementation of our AI-driven future. You will be responsible for building the blueprints that allow Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to scale safely across our organization.

You aren't just an engineer; you are a bridge between business goals and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our AI initiatives are high-performing, cost-effective, and ethically sound.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture Design: Design end-to-end GenAI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-model orchestrations.
• Model Selection & Optimization: Evaluate and select the best foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3) for specific use cases, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Infrastructure & Scalability: Lead the implementation of LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations) to manage model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment.
• Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to build high-quality data pipelines, ensuring proper vector database integration (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Guardrails & Governance: Design and implement safety layers to prevent hallucinations, ensure data privacy (PII masking), and maintain compliance with emerging AI regulations (like the EU AI Act).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business value propositions for executive leadership.

Pay: ₹39,504.40 - ₹82,827.42 per month
