What You’ll Be Doing

We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented professional to join our Tender & GeM Operations team. If you love managing processes, working with government portals, and ensuring compliance — this is the role for you!

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing tender documentation
• Publishing tender advertisements and notices
• Managing vendor relationships and ongoing communication
• Uploading and maintaining product listings on the GeM portal
• Evaluating bids and coordinating with internal teams
• Ensuring legal and compliance documentation is complete and up to date
• Negotiating and awarding contracts

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong email writing skills and attention to detail
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Prior experience in Tendering or GeM portal operations (Mandatory)
• Background in the IT infrastructure industry (Preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
