Gem/Tender executive

You will be responsible for searching Gem and Tender portals in various Indian States for scientific instruments, railway projects, and other relevant categories. Your role will involve understanding the technical specifications of Tenders/BIDs, inputting the list of relevant Bids/Tenders in the provided Excel sheet format, and calculating offer prices based on our standard list to ensure feasibility for tender submission. Additionally, you will be required to communicate with the team to gather details on model specifications, participate in bids where our selling price is lower than the buyer's asking price, and stay updated on the technical and commercial evaluations of participated bids. Furthermore, you will analyze the Gem portal to discover new products and bids, apply for new tenders, and efficiently manage ongoing bids. It is essential to study and prepare tender documents and qualification criteria well in advance of the deadline to ensure timely and accurate submissions. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good communication skills, have prior experience in tendering and using the Gem portal, and basic technical proficiency in tools like MS Word and MS Excel. Proficiency in internet surfing and professional emailing is also required. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing tenders from the Gem portal and a total work experience of 2 years will be preferred for this position. This is a full-time role based in Mumbai and requires candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Science. The salary for this position ranges from INR 25,000.00 to INR 40,000.00 per month, depending on the candidate's performance in the interview.,
