Gem/Tender executive

**Job Description:** As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Searching Gem and Tender portals from Indian States for scientific instruments, railway, and other related items - Understanding Tender/BID specifications technically - Inputting a list of Bids/Tenders in the given Excel Sheet format if it matches our criteria - Calculating the offer price as per our standard list and checking its feasibility for tender - Communicating with the team for details of Model matching specifications - Participating in bids if our Sell price is lesser than the buyers" ask price - Keeping updates about technical evaluation and commercial evaluation of Participated bids - Analyzing GeM portal to find new products and bids - Applying for new tenders and managing ongoing bids - Studying and preparing tender documents and qualification criteria well before the deadline **Qualifications Required:** - Good communication skills - Experience in tendering and GEM portal (Required) - Basic technical skills like MS Word, MS Excel - Internet surfing and professional emailing **Additional Details:** The company is looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in sourcing Tenders in Gem portal and a total of 2 years of work experience. The education requirement is a Bachelor's in Science. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai with a salary ranging from INR 25,000.00 to INR 40,000.00 per month, depending on the interview.
