As a Senior Manager - Operations & Technical in the gems, jewellery, and diamonds sector, your role involves overseeing the operations and technical aspects of the jewellery manufacturing unit. You should have 5+ years of experience in this industry, with expertise in geology, gemology, jewellery designing, and technical operations. Your responsibilities include running the production unit, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all technical aspects meet the required standards. Having additional certification in jewellery manufacturing, gems & jewellery valuation, or relevant technical certifications will be advantageous. Experience as a Registered Valuer with Customs or IT Department is highly desirable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the operations and technical aspects of the jewellery manufacturing unit - Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning - Ensure all technical aspects meet the required standards - Lead production teams and implement quality control measures - Stay updated with technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of the industry **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Degree in Geology, Gemology, Jewellery Designing, Materials Science, or related field - Additional certification in Jewellery Manufacturing, Gems & Jewellery Valuation, or relevant technical certifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in gems, jewellery, or diamond industry - Experience in managing production teams and quality control processes - Previous experience as a Registered Valuer with Customs or IT Department will be beneficial The company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
