Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on precious & semi-precious gemstones (authenticity, grading, treatments, inclusions).
  
• Maintain QC reports and certifications.
  
• Assist customers by explaining gemstone characteristics, authenticity, and benefits.
  
• Provide technical support to sales and customer support teams.
  
• Coordinate with sourcing & inventory for procurement and verification.
  
• Ensure gemstones meet Divinelane’s quality standards before dispatch.
  

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Gemmology (GIA / IGI / equivalent preferred).
  
• 1–3 years of experience in gemstone testing, grading, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi).
  
• Good understanding of gemstone treatments, grading, and certifications.
  
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about gemstones.
