Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial or leadership position. Your proven track record in operating a travel, tourism, or hospitality business will be essential, along with a solid understanding of operations, customer service, and team management. Experience in managing teams and driving business growth in a competitive market will be highly advantageous.
