Position: Gem Software Operator

Working Location (City Office) : Center plaza, Shop No. 8, Naudra Bridge, Jabalpur, MP - 482001

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary: 10000 to 12000 per Month

Opening(s): 2 (Preferred Male)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Gem Portal as well as Central and different States Tender Portal.
• Assist in reading, summarizing, and preparing tender documents.
• Liaise with vendors to collect quotes and necessary inputs for bids.
• Prepare and upload required documents for e-tendering and ensure timely submission.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within spreadsheets.
• Create spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized and accessible records within Excel spreadsheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDFs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
• Effective communication for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
