Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within MS Office/MS Excel.
• Create spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized and accessible records within Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist in reading, summarizing, and preparing tender documents.
• Liaise with vendors to collect quotes and necessary inputs for bids.
• Prepare and upload required documents for e-tendering and ensure timely submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDFs.
• Ability to manage multiple & prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
• Effective communication for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• A commitment to maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of data.

We will provide Training to the selected candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
