Job Description: GEM Operator

Position: GEM Operator
Department: Sales / Tender / Online Marketplace
Industry: Any (Government e-Marketplace operations)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Create, upload, and update product listings and service offerings.
Handle bid participation, tender search, documentation, and timely submission.
Coordinate with internal teams for price quotes, product details, and approvals.
Track orders, generate invoices, and ensure on-time delivery updates on the portal.
Maintain compliance with GeM guidelines and documentation requirements.
Resolve buyer queries and follow up for payments and order status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.90 - ₹12,000.00 per month
