As an Inbound Sales Representative at Bajaao, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls and email leads to enhance the customers" buying experience. Your role involves utilizing consultative selling techniques to promote and sell musical products and services, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Here are your key responsibilities: - Promote, recommend, and sell musical products and services through consultative selling techniques. - Articulate the advantages of Bajaao over competitors to customers. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures during customer interactions. - Handle a high volume of calls promptly and professionally, ensuring all necessary information is obtained for transaction execution. - Meet or exceed performance expectations in product sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards. - Ensure quality control in processing customer orders to avoid fulfillment issues. - Summarize interactions to prevent repeat calls or cancellations. - Stay updated on competitive offers and products to effectively position Bajaao's products and services. Qualifications required for this role include: - High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent work experience preferred. - Two to three years of sales experience. - Ability to type 30 WPM and operate a computer. - Strong customer focus, effective listening skills, and the ability to work independently. - Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs through probing questions. - Proficiency in objection handling techniques and knowledge of musical and pro-audio products. - Self-motivated, upbeat, and able to work in rotational shifts.
