Key Responsibilities

Ensure seamless interaction with Telstra processes and systems

Security & Innovation

Develop innovative software with a focus on data and network security management
Leverage established processes to reduce the time between commissioning and production

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage authentically with a wide range of stakeholders
Translate customer needs into cutting-edge software application products, services, or systems
Ensure alignment with Telstra's time, cost, and quality standards

Collaboration & Insight Gathering

Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders
Seek support, direction, and buy-in to gather deep insights about technology challenges and opportunities

Continuous Improvement

Significantly contribute to process and systems improvements
Help define best practice corporate testing standards
Drive improvements in productivity, customer experience, and profitability

Strategic Initiative Leadership

Lead or co-lead initiatives aligned with the strategic direction of the team
Deliver high-impact contributions both within the function and cross-functionally

Ownership & Mentorship

Take full ownership of actions and decisions to ensure positive outcomes
Mentor junior engineers and guide them toward team and mission success
