As a Staff/Advanced Analyst in the Rewards team at EY, you will have the opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization. You will play a key role in managing the global workforce for clients, aligning HR functions with organizational plans, and prioritizing employee experience. Your contributions will help in identifying trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and enhancing performance within the function. Additionally, you will be involved in effective client communication, building relationships with clients and project team counterparts across global locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leverage your expertise in Rewards advisory Services to contribute to the practice at EY. - Deliver high-quality work on global client projects as part of the global distribution team. - Ensure the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all work outputs. - Identify trends, areas of non-compliance, and opportunities for performance improvements. - Work effectively in a changing and ambiguous environment handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Drive client communication, cadence, and build relations across global locations. - Strive to obtain excellent feedback from clients and global project counterparts. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - High integrity and commitment to working in a new and challenging environment. - Ability to manage ambiguity and be proactive. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity. - High energy levels, agility, and adaptability. - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for approved client projects. - Ability to work individually as well as part of a team on a need basis. **Qualification Required:** - 1-2 years of experience in Total Rewards and consulting domain. - Masters degree in HR, full-time MBA, or an equivalent postgraduate degree. - Work experience in Total Rewards transformation programs and global distributed teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
