GDP Engineer - Sales

What you´ll do:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide exceptional service and act as the first point of contact for customer queries.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Work directly on customer production lines for adhesive trials, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Market Engagement:

• Travel extensively (almost daily) within Karnataka and Hosur to visit customers and prospects.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with technical and supply chain teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Submit timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market conditions.

What makes you a good fit:

• Engineering Graduate preferable in Chemical/Mechanical stream
• Minimum work experience of 6 months
• Strong sales acumen and a passion for fieldwork
• Ability to work confidently on customer production lines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of handling challenging and dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel extensively (almost daily) across the assigned region.
