Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full gravity die casting production cycle, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
  
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production activities while coordinating resources and manpower to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  
• Supervise and lead shop floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
  
• Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Manage and guide the production team, including training, performance monitoring, and resolving operational challenges.
  
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and products meet required specifications.
  
• Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  
• Monitor key production metrics and generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  
• Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and labor allocation in alignment with production demands.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and other industry standards.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in gravity die casting production, preferably in the automotive or auto components industry.
  
• Proven track record of managing production teams and handling shop floor operations efficiently.
  
• Strong knowledge of gravity die casting processes, equipment, and quality standards.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  
• Proficient in production planning, manpower handling, and process optimization.
