GCP Network Engineer

Aviato Consulting, are searching for an experienced Google Cloud Network Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing and securing cutting edge Google Cloud network infrastructure for international businesses, directly impacting clients across APAC. What You'll Do:

• Architect Network Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Google Cloud network topologies, including VPCs, hybrid connectivity, NCC, load balancing, focusing on GCP best practices.
• Lead Client Engagements: Drive technical discussions with international clients, shaping effective cloud network and security strategies.
• Champion Modern Practices: Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to build efficient, automated, and repeatable cloud network environments.
• Share Knowledge: Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and designs to empower others.
• Ensure Quality: Contribute to technical governance and security posture through peer reviews of network designs and configurations.

What You Bring:

• Proven Network Engineering Experience: 5+ years in network engineering, focused on cloud networking within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of core GCP networking services (VPC, Shared VPC, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud VPN, Cloud DNS, Cloud Load Balancing) and security services (Cloud Armor, Firewall Rules). Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP), DNS, and network security principles.
• Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Network Engineer certification is required.
