Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the setup and expansion of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) for clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in providing end-to-end consulting and advisory services, ensuring seamless establishment, governance, and operational excellence of GCCs.

Key Responsibilities

GCC Setup & Strategy

Drive the end-to-end setup of GCCs for global clients, including strategy, planning, and execution.

Define Target Operating Models (TOMs), governance frameworks, and operating structures tailored to client needs.

Develop and implement playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and best practices for GCC operations.

Consulting & Advisory

Provide consulting services to CXOs and senior stakeholders on GCC setup, transformation, and scaling strategies.

Partner with clients to identify operational efficiencies, cost optimizations, and talent strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment of GCC operations with clients business objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Engage with global leadership teams, business heads, and external partners to drive collaboration and successful delivery.

Build long-term client relationships by demonstrating thought leadership and measurable impact.

Performance & Transformation

Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and governance models to track success of GCC initiatives.

Continuously identify opportunities for operational improvement, innovation, and digital enablement.

Leadership & People Development

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams engaged in GCC setup and consulting projects.

Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 12+ years in consulting, advisory, or transformation roles, with proven expertise in GCC setup and management.

Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of GCC frameworks, operating models, process transitions, and capability building.

Leadership: Ability to influence and partner with C-level executives and global stakeholders.

Consulting Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution design capabilities.

Project Management: Strong skills in program management, governance, and execution.

Communication: Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
