GBS - STP Vendor Account Management Analyst

Your responsibilities will include validating vendor documentation, performing GR/IR reconciliation, identifying data quality issues, and supporting process standardization initiatives. Collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners will be key in maintaining compliance and enhancing the supplier experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities following global STP policies - Validate vendor documentation and ensure accuracy of master data updates - Perform GR/IR reconciliation and assist with vendor statement matching - Identify data quality issues and escalate for remediation - Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across regions - Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners to maintain compliance and enhance supplier experience **Qualifications Required:** - Exposure to shared services or global process-driven environments preferred - Understanding of compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit readiness with strong attention to accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset - Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities while maintaining quality and timeliness - Effective communication skills for documenting findings and reporting exceptions clearly As you embark on this role, skills such as Vendor Management, Data Accuracy and Governance, Compliance Awareness, ERP and Digital Tools proficiency, Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Collaboration, and Communication will be essential for success.
