Garments Helper

Role Overview: As a Garments Helper, your role involves assisting in packing, quality checking, and loading/unloading garments and raw materials. You will ensure that products are properly packed, checked for quality, and handled safely during transportation. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in folding, tagging, and packing garments according to company standards. - Ensure proper labelling and correct product details on packaging. - Conduct basic quality checks, such as inspecting for damages, loose threads, or incorrect stitching. - Separate defective or non-compliant items for further review. - Load and unload garments, raw materials, and finished products from trucks or storage areas. - Handle products with care to avoid damage during transportation. - Assist in organizing and stacking items properly in the warehouse or dispatch area. - Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. - Follow company safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. - Work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. - Assist in other tasks as needed, such as moving stock within the factory or warehouse. Qualifications Required: - No formal education is required, but basic literacy is an advantage. - Previous experience in packing, checking, or warehouse work is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to lift and move heavy loads. - Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good teamwork and attention to detail.,
