Job Description

Role: Garment Tech Location : Gurgaon Company: Buying House. Experience in Woven & Knits Role / Responsibilities Support technical design team in area of responsibility. Support technical design team in adhering to Client's / Customers Brand/Product Standards & guidelines for fit, construction, quality, safety & cost savings; drive fit consistency, quality and workmanship to ensure Brand integrity. Prep for fit sessions-measure samples, enter measurements in PLM, take fit notes, photos & adhere to fit protocol. Adhere to end-to-end seasonal calendar ensuring seasonal deadlines are met. Escalate any issues with deadlines up to the next level Support Brand/Company initiatives Assist the technical design team with all aspects of using 3D in the pre-fit process to reduce sample iterations & expedite the fit approval process. Support updating Brand Block Library (Specs & e-Patterns) & help maintaining Virtual 3D Block library. Requirements: Knowledge of pattern making, fit, garment construction, grading & understanding how it impacts cost of product & manufacturing, a plus. Knowledge of Apparel 3D software, a plus.
