Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Supervisor located in Thrissur. The Garment Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the garment production unit, ensure that production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of workers. The role includes coordinating with the design team, supervising the cutting, sewing, and finishing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment production and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge in quality control and quality assurance
• Supervisory skills with the ability to manage and lead a team
• Good communication and coordination skills with the design and production teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in the fashion apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field is preferred
