Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Supervisor located in Thrissur. The Garment Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the garment production unit, ensure that production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and manage a team of workers. The role includes coordinating with the design team, supervising the cutting, sewing, and finishing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products. Qualifications Experience in garment production and manufacturing processes Knowledge in quality control and quality assurance Supervisory skills with the ability to manage and lead a team Good communication and coordination skills with the design and production teams Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Previous experience in the fashion apparel industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field is preferred
