Garment sourcing incharge

Require a men's wear garment/ apparel sourcing Manager who basically source the ready to use garments from all over the India.

Job Description:

- Responsible to find and assess potential suppliers for Readymade garments for men.

- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure competitive costs.

- Work with suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the process, ensuring that garments meet the required specifications.

- Co-ordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Stay informed about industry trends, material/fabric innovations, and new sourcing opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure smooth operations.

Skills and experience:

• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the apparel industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and building relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge trade and logistics is often an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
