Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garment Production Manager located in Chennai. The Garment Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing the production schedule, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and handling inventory management. Additionally, the manager will ensure that production deadlines are met and that all production activities are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in overseeing production processes and managing production schedules
• Experience in quality control and inventory management
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Production, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in garment production management is a plus
