Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Garment Production professional based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include overseeing production planning, managing production processes, maintaining and controlling quality standards, and training team members to ensure efficiency and adherence to company goals. The role demands effective communication and coordination with relevant departments to optimize production workflows and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of projects.
• Strong Quality Control skills to uphold and maintain high standards during the production process.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience and ability in Training team members to enhance their skills and align them with organizational goals.
• Relevant experience in garment production and familiarity with industry best practices is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Apparel Production, Textile Technology, or a related field is desirable.
