Job Description

Serve as the main link between buyers and internal teams (production, design, quality, etc.).
Understand buyer needs, create samples, and secure timely approvals.
Plan and track orders through Time and Action (TNA) calendars.
Coordinate raw material sourcing, production schedules, and quality checks.
Work with vendors and suppliers to arrange trims and fabrics on time.
Monitor order status and ensure on-time production and delivery.
Prepare costing sheets and handle price negotiations with buyers and suppliers.
Share regular updates with buyers on orders, changes, and queries.
Conduct market research to track trends, pricing, and buyer expectations.
Maintain accurate merchandising records and reports.
Ensure products meet quality standards and buyer compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
