Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, assisting in recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring high productivity standards. The role includes monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing training and support, and assisting in strategic planning and implementation of HR policies.

• Experience in recruitment, employee record keeping, and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of HR policies and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the manpower service industry is a plus
